Licensed Optometrist with more than 30 years of clinical experience.
Dr. Eleanor Buan Tulio finished her optometry studies at Centro Escolar University and became a licensed optometrist in 1993. After gaining early experience in professional practice, she returned to Arayat, Pampanga and opened the clinic that would become a trusted part of the community.
Since opening in 1997, the clinic has focused on accurate eye examinations, dependable prescriptions, and practical patient care. Over the years, families from Arayat and nearby areas have continued to return because of the clinic’s consistent service and long-standing reputation.
One of the clinic’s strengths is its hands-on optical work, including in-house lens preparation and support for specialized fittings. That combination of clinical knowledge and personalized attention helps patients receive care that feels both professional and approachable.
